Product / Services & process

The proposed project is to build a resort and cottage for tourists.

Market potential & Strategy

As a result of the global financial crunch, the domestic tourism scenario in India, instead of feeling the heat has gained appreciably well. Travelers from the country these days prefer to visit destinations within the country rather than that outside or abroad. And the reason obviously seems to be the financial crunch looming large over them, forcing them to work out economically feasible travel options. Our project aims at the medium class of customers like a small group of families from  Clubs, Associations,  NBFCs,  College Mates gathering, etc. Currently, the available rooms on the location are not sufficient to meet the demands and the tourists have to travel to distant places to find their rooms for the night stay.
